Start with Kadai Bites that compromise of Corn Tikki, Rava Fried Fish, Lamb Samosa and Jhinga Bhajia – prawn tails dipped in chickpea batter with curry leaf and ajwain; served with green chutney. From the Tandoor, chose from a selection of dishes including the popular Saffron Tandoori Platter, Chicken Tikka, Lamb Seekh Kebab, Tandoori Chicken, Machhi Tikki – fresh fish fillets marinated in tandoori spice blend with yoghurt, tandoori roasted; served with salad and mint chutney or the Amritsari Jhinga – black tiger prawns marinated in carom seeds, mustard masala and yoghurt, tandoor roasted; served with lemon and green chutney.
Are you a fan of curry? Try your favourites including Butter Chicken, Chicken Vindaloo, Duck Curry, Rogan Josh, Lamb Hyderabadi, Punjabi Fish Curry and Crab Masala, to name a few. There is also a range of vegetarian dishes, dhal, basmati rice dishes, sides, naan and roti. The dessert is spectacular – think the classic Indian dessert of Rice Kheer – rice pudding with sultanas and almonds, Coconut Kulfi and Gajar Ka Halwa – sweet carrot pudding with a scent of citrus, toasted nuts and mawa.
