The Flying Fish Degustation Menu offers six courses and is ideal for foodies seeking the ultimate culinary adventure. For the more traditional diners, chose from the crustaceans menu of lobsters, crabs and bugs that can be cooked in three ways – steamed with ginger, chili and shallots, flash fried with black pepper and curry leaf or tempura with salt and pepper. The fish of the day can be either grilled with lemon butter or dusted in hazelnuts, crushed potatoes, summer greens & caper butter sauce.

Main courses include Mahi Curry, savoury prawn roll, tiger prawn, tamarind chutney and coconut cream and for the red meat lovers, there are divinely crafted meals such as the slow cooked lamb rump, parsnip puree, lentils and port jus. Sides include panfried okra, chips with chilli salt, maple glazed baked pumpkin and much more. Leave a little room for dessert which include coconut rice pudding, all spice panacotta and deconstructed pavlova.
