Divo Gizo was opened in 1985 and offers a professional service in a relaxed environment. It is the only PADI Dive Facility in Gizo and boasts a full time PADI Instructor.  Offering a range of exciting underwater sites, Dive Gizo is able to cater for skills of all levels, from beginners to the seasoned diver.

dive-gizoDiscover WWII wrecks and coral reef gardens that are abundant with colorful fish and critters with a local trained and experienced guide. In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of every guest, Dive Gizo offers dive trips in small groups of 4-6 people. There are no crowded boats and no tight time schedules so the underwater stage is all yours to enjoy!  The average visibility is about 20m – 24m year round with an average water temperature of 29C.

dive-gizoA typical day of diving starts at 9 am at the dive shop where the staff will set up your gear and load it on the boat. After a morning dive, a picnic lunch will be prepared on one of the islands consisting of fish, fruits and salads. Enjoy sunbathing or snorkelling the island before heading out to the second dive, and returning by 3pm.

If you are not a diver, Dive Gizo also conducts many WWII tours, bird tours, snorkeling, surf drops, and village tours. Childcare options are also available.
